For Exhibitors

Vendors can become a Black Women’s Expo exhibitor by purchasing a booth online via Ticket Falcon. Click here

Small Businesses can purchase a booth for $1,800 – $2,200. This provides your organization with a designated space to showcase products or services.

Non-Profit Organizations can purchase a booth for $800 which allows them to participate and engage with attendees.

Booth assignment for The Black Women’s Expo is now more convenient and interactive! Thanks to the collaboration between BWe and Ticket Falcon, Small Business vendors and Non-Profit Organizations have an exciting new option:

Online Selection: Exhibitors can now choose their booth space online by selecting from the floor plan. This means you have the flexibility to pick a spot that suits your needs, preferences, and visibility.

Interactive Floor Plan: The floor plan provides a visual representation of the expo layout. You’ll see the available booth spaces, their sizes, and their proximity to other exhibitors. Take your time to explore and find the perfect location for your business.

Customization: Whether you want a corner booth, a central spot, or a space near high-traffic zones, you can make your choice based on the available options. Remember that booth placement can impact foot traffic and exposure.

Dear BWe family,

There aren’t enough words to express my gratitude for the support and encouragement shown by so many throughout this HUGE undertaking that we affectionately call “BWe NEXT Atlanta!”

Thank you to our sponsors (especially Chase Bank, our 2022 Title Sponsor), those small business exhibitors, musical artists, speakers & panelists, my phenomenal team and every single attendee for breathing life into our celebration of the Black woman in all three cities! Because of you, her legacy indeed continues!

I stole a few moments here and there to check out the vendors, pop in on panel discussions and catch some entertainment on the main stage. All I could say was, “WOW! WE DID THAT!”

There’s no doubt that my sister is smiling down on our earnest efforts that manifested into excellent execution. Ruby, we did it!

Again, please accept my heartfelt thanks….and Happy New Year!

Submitted with love,
